We are a highly-specialised and dedicated team at Kairos Medical AG, a spin-off of ETH Zurich. All our research, development, design and manufacturing facilites are located in Switzerland. TisMet® is produced using patented ETH Zurich technology. Kairos Medical AG is ISO 13485 certified.
Our journey with magnesium alloys began with a simple question: What happens to the material as it safely dissolves in the body? Two decades of research at ETH Zurich led to the development of rare-earth-free alloys.
Today, TisMet® is brought to life at Kairos Medical AG, combining our patented technology, expertise and Swiss-based production facilities.
